Player of the Week
Jeremy Dixon, Averett - The
senior wide receiver from Hawthorne, Florida set a
school record for receiving yards in a game in a 34-13
loss to USA South foe Ferrum. Dixon caught
nine passes for 182 yards in the victory. He had a
61-yard touchdown which was his longest catch of the
day. Dixon averaged 20.2 yards-per-catch in the defeat. Also

Corey McGuire, Methodist.
Football Defensive Player of the Week
Brian Green, Greensboro -
The Stuart, Florida senior defensive
lineman accumulated 12 total tackles in a
22-19 victory over USA South rival Methodist.
Green tallied eight solo tackles and four assisted take
downs including 3.5 tackles for a total loss of 17 yards and two
sacks. Also Nominated: Antonio Harris, N.C. Wesleyan.

Player of the Week
Rodney Beasley, Greensboro - The
Condor, North Carolina junior returned a kickoff 90 yards
in a 22-19 win over USA South foe Methodist. Beasley
returned three kickoffs for a total of 121 yards. He also added two
tackles and one rush for six yards in the win.

Rookie of the Week
Kall Daniel, Greensboro - The
freshman quarterback from Brooksville, Florida totaled
237 yards of total offense in a 22-19 win over USA South foe
Methodist. Daniel was 16-for-34
passing with 181 yards and one
touchdown. Additionally, he ran the ball 16 times for 56
yards, a 3.5 yard average in the win. Also Nominated: Jordan
Vann, N.C. Wesleyan; Kirkland Brown, Averett.
Football Defensive Rookie of the Week
Tazmon Foster, N.C. Wesleyan
- The freshman linebacker from Henderson, North
Carolina totaled 11 tackles in a 38-0 win over
USA South rival Shenandoah. Foster accumulated three solo
tackles and eight assisted take downs including an assisted tackle
for a loss of one yard and a pass break-up. Also Nominated: Josh
Rogers, Shenandoah; Roderick Doggett, Averett; Julian Cinotti,
Greensboro.
