Conley Taylor, Christopher
Newport - The senior guard from Newport
News, Virginia led the Captains to a 2-0 record versus USA
South competition last week by averaging 25.5 points, 5.0 rebounds
and 1.5 assists per game. In a 73-71 win over N.C. Wesleyan,
Taylor tallied 24 points, five rebounds, one assist and one
block. In an 85-78 victory over Ferrum, Taylor totaled
27 points, five rebounds, two assists and one steal
as CNU secured the USA South Regular Season title. Also Nominated:

Bianca Richburg, Greensboro -
The Hillsborough, North Carolina junior forward led The
Pride to a 4-0 record last week, including a 3-0 mark versus
USA South competition, by averaging 20.8 points, 8.8 rebounds,
1.8 steals, 1.5 blocks and 1.0 assists per game. In a 93-41
win over USA South foe Peace, Richburg totaled 20 points, five
rebounds, four blocks and one steal. In a 78-65 victory over Allen,
Richburg contributed 13 points, eight rebounds, two steals and one
block. In a 91-70 win over USA South rival N.C. Wesleyan, Richburg
tallied a double-double of 31 points and ten rebounds. She also
added four steals and two assists in the victory. Finally, in an
81-68 win over USA South foe Meredith, Richburg notched her second
double-double of the week with 19 points and 12 rebounds. She also
added two assists and two blocks in the victory. Also Nominated:

- The Fairfax, Virginia freshman center helped the
Captains to a 2-0 record last week versus USA South competition by
averaging 13.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 2.0 blocks per
game. In a 73-71 win over N.C. Wesleyan, Biberaj tallied 14 points,
five rebounds, three blocks and one assist. In an 85-78 victory
over Ferrum, Biberaj totaled 13 points, six rebounds, three
assists, one steal and one block as CNU secured the USA South
Regular Season title. Also Nominated: Devonta Davis, Greensboro;
Ross Heyl, Shenandoah; Sunil Ram, Averett.

Camry Green, Christopher Newport -
The Richmond, Virginia freshman center helped the Captains to a 2-1
record versus USA South competition last week by tallying a
double-double in each contest and averaging 13.3 points, 12.7
rebounds and 1.0 blocks per game. In an 84-75 win over N.C.
Wesleyan, Green totaled 13 points, 13 rebounds, two assists and two
blocks. In an 80-56 victory over Meredith, Green contributed ten
points and 13 rebounds. Finally, in an 82-58 loss to Ferrum, Green
scored 17 points, grabbed 12 rebounds and blocked one shot. Also

Courtney Woods, Methodist; Jacole Hairston, Ferrum.
