USA South Women's Tennis History

- The USA South
began sponsoring women's tennis championships in 1982, with UNC-Greensboro winning the first seven team titles. Methodist's Elena Blanina
won the 2001 NCAA Division III singles title in just her first-ever
appearance, winning all six of her matches in straight sets. She also won in 2002.
