USA South Inducts 2012 Hall of Fame Class
(FERRUM, Va.) - The USA South Athletic Conference inducted its 2012 Hall of Fame Class on Sunday, May 6th in a ceremony held on the campus of Ferrum College. The 2012 class includes two former student-athletes, two coaches and one administrator. Averett University, Christopher Newport University, Ferrum College, Methodist University and N.C. Wesleyan College are each represented in this year's class.
The USA South Hall of Fame welcomed former student-athletes David Holmes and Brenda LaFlamme West, two former coaches, Abe Naff and C.J. Woollum, and one former administrator, Raymond (Moe) Bauer. Family members, friends and guests of the inductees were on hand to help officially induct the five honorees. Additionally, many members of the current USA South family, including institution Presidents, Athletic Directors and Senior Woman Administrators were in attendance.
