Greensboro Tops Both Men's and Women's Soccer Pre-Season Polls

August 25, 2003 - The USA South Athletic Conference has announced the results of its 2003 men's and women's soccer pre-season polls.  Greensboro has been selected to finish first in both for this upcoming season.  The Christopher Newport men and women are both predicted to finish second.  The poll is voted on by the soccer coach at each school.  Each school is not allowed to vote for its own team.   

Greensboro's men shared last season's regular season title with Christopher Newport.  The Pride women finished second in the regular season behind Christopher Newport.  Both Pride teams won their respective Conference Tournament in 2002.
