Women's Basketball Tournament Seeding Determined

February 20, 2005 - Following the conclusion of the regular season this afternoon, the seeding for the 2005 USA South Women's Basketball Tournament has been set and follows:

1. Greensboro (12-2)
2. Ferrum (11-3)
3. Christopher Newport (7-7)
4. Peace (7-7)
5. Averett (6-8)
6. Methodist (5-9)
7. N.C. Wesleyan (5-9)
8. Shenandoah (3-11)

First round games will be played on Tuesday at the site of the higher seeds, so:

GC will host SU
FC will host NCWC
CNU will host MC
PC will host AU

All games will tip-off at 7:00pm. 

The semi-finals and championship game will be held at CNU on Friday and Saturday, February 25 and 26.  Friday's games will be at 5:30 and 7:30, while Saturday's championship will be held at 3:00.
