Methodist Captures USA South Men's Tennis Tournament Title
(FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.) - Methodist University
captured its first-ever USA South Tournament Championship as it defeated
Averett, 5-2, in the finals in Burlington, North Carolina this past
weekend. The Monarchs were a perfect 3-0 on the weekend and avenged a
loss in the regular season to the Cougars en route to the championship.
The 2007 Men's Tennis Tournament seeding is as follows:
