CNU Football Jumps In AFCA Poll

October 28, 2003 – The American Football Coaches Association has released its weekly Top 25 poll and Christopher Newport jumped up six spots to number 15.  After defeating Methodist 49-0 the Captains are now 6-1 on the season.  This marks the fourth consecutive week CNU has been ranked by AFCA and they have improved their position each of those weeks.  CNU was ranked 21st last week.
