Three DIAC Baseball Teams Nationally Ranked

 

April 1, 2003 -  The NCAA has announced its first Division III Baseball Top 25 poll this season and three DIAC teams made the list.  Methodist was ranked second, followed by Christopher Newport at the ninth spot and Ferrum rounded off the DIAC representatives at the 11th spot.  The Monarchs are currently 19-6, including 3-3 in Conference play.  The Captains are 18-2 overall and 6-0 in the Conference.  The Panthers are currently 19-2, 5-1.
