 SU's Williams Named Academic All-District

November 11, 2004 – The College Sports Information Directors Association (CoSIDA) has begun to announce its post-season awards and the USA South has begun to receive them.  Shenandoah's Hannah Williams has been named to the Academic All-District Volleyball Team, in selections announced this morning.  Her academic and athletic efforts earned her a spot on the Third Team in District III. 

A senior from Salem, VA, Williams carries a 3.57 gpa and majors in Kinesiology and Psychology.  The outside hitter averaged 2.79 kills and 2.80 digs per game this season for the Hornets.  She finished the year ranked 10th in the USA South in categories.
