Greensboro Drops Men's and Women's Cross Country

(GREENSBORO, NC) - Greensboro College officially announced that the Athletics Department will no longer field varsity men's and women's cross country teams. The decision to discontinue the programs is effective immediately and affected student-athletes were informed over the summer.

The men began competing on an annual basis in 1993 with the women's program forming for the first time in 1994.
