Peace Family Loses Former Softball Star Kasie Moore

(RALEIGH, NC) - William Peace University was saddened to learn of the death of, Kasie Leigh Moore '11.

Moore was an outstanding student and we are honored to have been a part of her life. She graduated cum laude last year with a degree in Business Administration and will also be remembered as a talented Peace Pacer Softball Team player. She was part of a Peace legacy family that included her twin sister, Lindsey Erin Moore '11, and legacy cousin, Lauren Ashley Pleasant '07.

Moore will be missed greatly. The University sends its heartfelt condolences to her family and friends and encourage everyone to post their memories of her on its Facebook page. Peace is planning a memorial for Kasie on campus and will share details as soon as possible.
