Macon, GA - After a four year hiatus, the Wesleyan College Department of Athletics has decided to bring back its cross country program beginning in the fall of 2017. Alex Kosicki, head coach of the Wolves tennis program, will serve as the team's head coach.
Associate Athletics Director Nicky DiMarzio states, "As the Wesleyan Athletic Department continues to grow, adding cross country back to our intercollegiate offerings seemed to be a natural step. We have already gained student, faculty, staff, and administrative support and interest and believe cross country will be one of our most competitive teams. We have a great pool of existing students and student athletes who will not only get the chance to represent Wesleyan, but who will immediately be competitive in the USA South Athletic Conference."
